The International Indian Film Academy Awards, popularly known as IIFA Awards, is one of the admired Indian Film Awards.
The Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., an International Event Management Company (Head Quarter Mumbai, India), created the IIFA Awards. The company has been continuously managing the Annual IIFA Awards since its inception.
Unlike most other Indian Film Awards, IIFA Awards are held in various countries on different continents.

Chronology
The 1st IIFA Awards was held on 24 June 2000 at Millennium Dom, London, United Kingdom. Since then, the Award Ceremony is being held in different countries and continents. Above all, the IIFA Awards have become a symbol of glorifying the success of Bollywood in the world.
Mr. Amitabh Bachchan became the Brand Ambassador of the IIFA since its inception.
Winner Selection Method
The organizer allows the general public to vote online for their favorite contestant. Therefore, the winner in each category is decided through public voting.
IIFA Utsavam
In 2016, the IIFA also introduced the South Indian segment of the annual IIFA Awards. The South Indian Segment of the annual IIFA Awards is named IIFA Utsavam. Thereafter, the 1st IIFA Utsavam was held on 24-25 January 2016 at Gachibowli Athletic Stadium, Hyderabad, India.
1st IIFA Awards
The Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd introduced the IIFA Awards in the year 2000. The 1st ceremony was held on 24 June 2000 in London.
